O Jo Jo Meat Balls

900g minced beef
2 green bell peppers, finely chopped
1 medium onions, finely chopped
1 tbsp salt
250g white potatoes, peeled and grated
250g sweet potatoes, peeled and grated
3 eggs
salt and black pepper to taste
oil for frying

- Mix all the ingredients together
- Adjust the seasoning then place in a fridge for at least 1 hours to set.
- Once chilled form the mixture into 6cm balls.
- Add oil to a depth of about 5cm in a wok and heat.
- Add the meatballs a few at a time and brown on all sides.
